Q. What are the normal steps for purchasing the medical billing software?
We will need to know the following:

Q. How soon can we start training?
Once the contract is signed we will email you an Implementation Packet. Once that is filled out and faxed back to us (practice and provider profiles) you can schedule your first training session with a Certified Medical Billing Software Trainer (training starts as soon as 2-4 days).
The trainer will show the office how to log into its new software which we call an Office Key. This is not software that you install on your computers, but it is accessed by a secure website.
Q. Why does Dream Force use Web Trainings?
A. Dream Force has two options for training onsite and web trainings. We can do either one except we have found that web trainings have the best response. This is because most offices can fit a couple of hours of training in throughout the week, instead of trying to shut the office down for two complete days.
