You can export data from your existing software, and the medical billing software techs can import data from your old software for a fee. Please call or email to request complete details on this feature. Also, you can export your data anytime from the medical billing software - your data is not held hostage.

The medical billing software has many areas in the system the office can audit the history on including the patients demographic tabs, Batches, Carrier, Fee Schedule, Financial Class, Payment codes etc.

Get unlimited support during regular office hours M-F, 6:00am - 6:00pm MST, and after hours support for a fee.
Help
The medical billin software has an internal Help Menu that the office can access by clicking on the word HELP or using the F1 button. These screens will give the user step by step instructions of how to use each screen. Also, the office gets unlimited email, phone and fax support M-F 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. MST which is included in the base of the purchase.
API
Application Program Interface allows the office to have other software interface with medical billing software. Please call or email to request a list of all API programs currently in production.
