Recall Patient Appointments

View all open recalls, set up a new recall, or edit an existing recall appointment. If an appointment is created in the future that matches the recall appointment, the recall will then be deleted from the master recall list. If that appointment is cancelled or no-showed, the recall will then reappear on the master recall list.

Patient Checkout

After the charges have been posted, the front office can then post the copay, setup a recall appointment and print a receipt. All of these features are also available in other screens throughout the system, even a feature for posting copays for future appointments.
