Responsible Party
Quickly identify all patients tied to the person responsible for the patient's bill/statement. Post statement payments, enter the Collections Module, and review the family history from here. Audit log button to identify all employees who have entered or modified this screen.
Referrals
Track all inbound and outbound referrals, including a marketing referral screen to track how patients are finding your office i.e. newspaper, marketing blitz, yellow pages, friends, insurance carrier's website etc. Add the referral effective to and from date, maximum authorized visits, maximum charge amount, pre-authorization code, procedure code approved, and diagnosis codes. Also print work or school release and referral letters. Audit log button to identify all employees who have entered or modified these screens.
Appointment History
To quickly identify when the patients next scheduled appointment is, including all other appointment transactions the patient has been scheduled for. The audit log gives more information as to who scheduled, moved, or cancelled the patient's appointment.
Tasks
Create a task to remind the system to flag you, or another user of something that needs to be done, or reviewed on the patient's account; and also setup a recall date for a patient.
Transaction Entry
Post payments, charges, write-offs and demand statements and claims.
Memos
Create memos that will pop-up anytime the patient is being pulled up anywhere in the medical billing software. Add a message on the patient's statement or insurance claim. Also keep track of the HIPAA consent form as all information on the consent can be documented in here.
Notes
Enter and have all notes locked down after 24 hours. It is a way of saving secure messages about a patient with the comfort of knowing it will never be deleted from your system. To modify existing notes the office can copy the locked down report.
Forms
Easily create and save forms with merge fields that will pull patient and provider information; to print work and school release and referral letters, or any letters you'd like to include your practice merge fields in.
