Responsible Party

Quickly identify all patients tied to the person responsible for the patient's bill/statement. Post statement payments, enter the Collections Module, and review the family history from here. Audit log button to identify all employees who have entered or modified this screen.

Referrals

Track all inbound and outbound referrals, including a marketing referral screen to track how patients are finding your office i.e. newspaper, marketing blitz, yellow pages, friends, insurance carrier's website etc. Add the referral effective to and from date, maximum authorized visits, maximum charge amount, pre-authorization code, procedure code approved, and diagnosis codes. Appointment History

Enter and have all notes locked down after 24 hours. It is a way of saving secure messages about a patient with the comfort of knowing it will never be deleted from your system. To modify existing notes the office can copy the locked down report.
