Dream Force products are very informative and the narrator (Kirt Kershaw) is very professional.

The MS Word 2010 Training video arrived when scheduled and I have view only a small amount of its information. However, it is easy to follow, like MS Access & MS Excel. Dream Force products are very informative and the narrator (Kirt Kershaw) is very professional. I wish he had a training video for Microsoft Publisher 2010. Does not seem to be available.

    IT IS TOTALLY AWESOME!!

Posted by Laurie T. - New Hampshire on 5th Jan 2015

My goal as a writer is to maximize my communication skills via Word, and after only one hour of viewing, I'm abundantly confident this training series is going to help me accomplish that goal. I set my sights high to become VERY skilled so that I might secure a coveted writing position, but also that I might help others write outstanding resumes for jobs they desire. As a former office specialist who used only company software, I found myself at a loss when it came to the Microsoft Office products, and of course one won't land an office position without mastery of them. I can't thank you enough for eliminating the fear factor and giving me the confidence to reach high!! Thank you for all your help-the customer service is awesome-I've already told people how great your product is. Merry Christmas!

    Fantastic Product!

Posted by Jason D. - Illinois on 5th Jan 2015

This video series is FANTASTIC!!! I was skeptical about whether a video presentation could cover topics as well as a book but took a chance and ordered this product anyway. First let me say that this video trainer is MORE comprehensive than most books that I have. Kirt starts off with the basics to get a new user started and as you progress through the topics he gets as advanced as you care to go. Also, there is a table of contents that allows you to jump straight to what you want to learn. However, I recommend watching some of the basics. I considered myself to be knowledgeable about Microsoft Office products including Word. But after several minutes of watching the video trainer (even on the basic topics) I realized that there were much more efficient ways to accomplish many of the tasks that I had been performing for years. What I really love about this product is that Kirt shows you several ways to accomplish the same task. In many of the books that I have, one example is used with one static screen shot, and if something doesn't work exactly as displayed in the example, you are left wondering what to do next. Kirt is great about giving you a full description of how to accomplish each task and then showing you several different approaches so that you can decide which one is best for you. So you understand how to accomplish the task instead of just following a list of steps that may leave you lost if something goes wrong. I am very satisfied with the product and I hope that Kirt continues to produce the series as new Office products come out.

Reasonably priced way to learn MS Office.

Posted by Amanda R. - New Jersey on 5th Jan 2015

I recently purchased three of these videos (Access 2010, Word 2010, and Excel 2010), and have found them to be very informative, user-friendly, and helpful. The cost is a fraction of what you would pay to take a class at a college, and you can keep the videos as a refresher for whenever your skills get rusty. Highly recommended.
